What does decryption mean?

Decryption is the process of transforming data that has been rendered unreadable through encryption back to its unencrypted form. In decryption, the system extracts and converts the garbled data and transforms it to texts and images that are easily understandable not only by the reader but also by the system.

How ciphertext is decrypted?

The decryption of a ciphertext is carried out by inputting the encryption key that was used to encrypt it in the first place. Once the correct key is applied, the plaintext is revealed. Decryption is a one-time process.

How will we be able to encrypt and decrypt a message?

Symmetric cryptosystems use the same key (the secret key) to encrypt and decrypt a message. How will we be able to decrypt that information? No doubt a penalty is available if someone refuses to decrypt the information. Then, if he is investigated by the police, he will simply refuse to hand over the key to decrypt the files.

Why do companies encrypt data?

Some companies also encrypt data to protect company data and trade secrets. If this data needs to be viewable, it may require decryption. If a decryption passcode or key is unavailable, special software may be needed to decrypt the data using algorithms to crack the decryption and make the data readable.
